Orange oil is essential oil which obtains from leaves of orange plant & it has anti-bacterial, anti-viral & anti-fungal activity. It is best against cold & flu.

GINGER


Ginger has great anti-inflammatory activity. It prevents accumulation of toxins in lungs so improves health. Ginger tea can be used to reduce the accumulation of mucous in case of  cough. Ginger tea can be prepared by adding fresh ginger slices into hot water and if along ginger, honey is added then it become more efficacious. 

WATER


It is well said that "water is life". Water keeps our body system moving & it expels various bacteria and viruses out of the body. Recommended water intake for men is 3.7 liters for women is 2.7% liters per day. Water has many beneficial effects on health & fitness which cannot be denied.
