Health is a state where you have complete physical, social & mental well being & free from any state of disease. In other words healthy person is one who is able to do every act in a way as we think its normal; a healthy person can breath, move, talk and listen normally.

DIET PROPERLY
Diet is the main thing which can make us healthy. Its well said  "Eat Healthy Stay Healthy". Health is gained through proper diet. Natural food sources like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, pulses and grains are rich in nutrients which are essential for health. Fresh food and vegetables improve the loss of body's essential minerals & vitamins & As about apple its being famous "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" so if you want to reduce your visits to doctors you must eat healthy food. While on the other hand artificial food stuff i.e  fast food & snacks spoil the health. So always try to eat good to be healthy. As it is being said that "water is life", drink plenty of impurity free water can develop a healthy life.

EXERCISE/PHYSICAL EFFORT
Regular physical effort can improve health and fitness. It increases the expectancy of life. Physical activity is of many kinds i.e exercise, swimming, walking, running & jogging. Obesity is big social issue globally, it can be managed through regular physical activity. A morning walk can make your whole day. Other common medical conditions like hypertension & diabetes can be well managed


though proper exercise. As along with improvement of health you can also enjoy the nature as a morning walk can take you near the nature; cool wind, birds sound, rise of sun etc.

MEDITATION
Meditation is a state in which ones mind thinks in deeper state to be calm. Mental satisfaction is very necessary to be physically fit. Various researches have showed that regular meditation reduces anxiety & depression. Meditation allows you to relax your mind & body and putting you into more stable and calm state.



HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT/CLEAN ENVIRONMENT
Health is gained through a healthy environment. If you are taking healthy meals, exercise but the environment in which you are living is not good then you will not able to be a healthy person. If you are breathing in an environment which is full of dust & chemicals than how you expect that you will have a life free from any harm? 
So make sure your environment would be a healthy one, try to plant trees, avoid fumes & chemicals and clean your surroundings.
